Energy Saver: Our compressor is a two-stage compressor, having high energy-efficiency. the compression is done in two-stages to improve the volumetric efficiency and thereby contributing to decrease in power consumption and increase in saving energy costs. Tandem air compressors consume 8-12% less power and offer a return on investment within 8-15 months when compared to single-stage compressors for the same discharge pressure of 9 bar, a single-stage compressor has compression ratio of 1:9 (Ratio of suction to discharge of a screw air end).
The compression ratio is divided between the two stages of tandem air end and is about 1:3 in each stages of two-stage tandem compressors. This makes the air end more reliable and efficient due to smaller loads on bearings. The volumetric efficiency of two-stage is better than single-stage compression.

Longer service life of the master machine
The rotor uses asymmetrical line running at a low speed with the support of the ball bearings and roller bearings as a result. The damage and the cost are lowered and the service life is extended. Some force is counteracted by the axial force generated by the bevel gear. So the load on the bearings of the master machine is lowered.
Permanent alignment of the electromotor and the master machine
Different from the strap compressor, the SRC series compressor can integrate the electromotor with flange, shaft coupling box-gear box. and the master machine into one in such way the master machine and the electrometer are aligned forever in the transpiration. The SRC series compressors equipped with effective and fully sealed air-cooling electromotor.
